ABOUT THE
CEO & FOUNDER
I’m Danny Herskowitz, Founder of JML Search.
After more than a decade in the recruiting industry, I launched JML Search to focus on property management and service/skilled trades recruiting for the roles that directly impact portfolio and business performance.
I work directly on every client engagement and every search, which allows for stronger alignment, faster communication, and full accountability from start to finish.
I also partner with select clients in an embedded capacity, acting as an extension of their team to support multi‑role hiring and longer‑term team buildouts as needs evolve.
Outside of work, you'll find me with my family, playing guitar when I can, and taking walks with one of my closest friends, my dog Chloe.
