ABOUT THE
CEO & FOUNDER
Meet Danny Herskowitz, the proud Founder of JML Search. After spending over a decade in the recruitment business, JML Search officially launched in October 2023.
Danny has built two recruitment desks from scratch within the Relocation Services/Global Mobility niche, placing 100's of roles across all functions within the RMC, Immigration, Moving, Corporate Housing & Expatriate Tax sectors.
Before starting JML Search, Danny was brought worked for GLOMO to help launch their Recruitment business. In less than two years Danny developed new recruitment processes and a training program for new recruiters that resulted in them becoming one of the leading Recruitment Firm's within the Global Mobility/Relocation niche.
Danny leverage's his niche industry recruitment background along with his expertise in recruiting for nearly every type of corporate department, which has allowed him to identify and quickly assess the best talent on the market for his clients.
Danny has also made major contributions to the Recruitment industry by regularly attending and speaking on stage at conferences, publishing articles, and co-hosting a podcast all about recruiting .
Danny started his professional career as a Personal Trainer, which he credits as a pivotal experience in discovering his passion for service excellence and working together with other’s to advise and coach them in achieving their fitness and health goals. This has helped him tremendously as a recruiter, where he makes connections with exceptional talent and companies that propel them toward business success while also enhancing individual careers as well.
When Danny isn’t immersed in the world of recruitment you’ll find him either playing his guitar and piano or spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
