ABOUT THE

CEO & FOUNDER

I'm Danny Herskowitz, Founder of JML Search.

After more than 16 years in the recruiting industry, I launched JML Search to provide a more personalized, high-touch recruiting experience for growing companies hiring across leadership, operations, technical, and specialized professional roles.

I work directly on every client engagement and every search, allowing for stronger alignment, faster communication, and full accountability from start to finish.

I also partner with select clients in an embedded capacity, acting as an extension of their team to support multi-role hiring, team buildouts, and evolving talent needs.

Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my family, playing guitar whenever I can, and taking walks with one of my closest friends, my dog, Chloe.
