ABOUT THE

CEO & FOUNDER

I’m Danny Herskowitz, Founder of JML Search.

After more than a decade in the recruiting industry, I launched JML Search to focus on residential property management recruiting and the operational roles that directly impact portfolio performance.


Today, I spend most of my time helping residential property management companies hire the operators who keep their portfolios performing at a high level.

I work directly with every client and every search, which allows for stronger alignment, faster communication, and full accountability from start to finish.

I also partner with select clients in an embedded capacity, acting as an extension of their team to support multi-role hiring and longer-term team buildouts, expanding across adjacent functions as hiring needs evolve.


Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, playing guitar when I can, and taking walks with one of my closest friends, my dog Chloe.
